Terms of Service
Cancellations, No Shows and Other Policies
- You and your appointment are very important to me. I hold your appointment just for you and ask if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, that you kindly provide a 48-hour notice. This way I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients.
- If you miss your appointment without giving a 48-hour notice, then you would be billed a 50% service charge per service booked. These fees will be expected to be paid for prior to any future appointments.
- For your convenience, I provide a confirmation call 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. I ask that you keep me informed of any changes in your contact information. Thank you for your understanding.
- I strive to offer my guest the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut, color or extensions, let me know within seven days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
Child Supervision
- It is my goal, that the environment in my salon allows for an opportunity to relax from the stresses of daily life. With that in mind, I ask that children only be present when services are provided for them. Children must be supervised in and around my salon and surrounding areas at all times.
Appointment Times
- Please arrive ten minutes prior to our reservation to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next reservation prior to leaving the salon so that we can best accommodate your schedule.
Privacy Policy
We collect emails via our website, new client forms, and in person. By providing your email you may be provided certain discounts or promotions, and you will be subscribed to our email newsletter. Your email is also used to confirm in salon appointments. Our email list will NEVER be shared or sold to an individual or company for any reason. You may request to have your email removed from our list at any time, however you will no longer receive appointment confirmations and you still must abide by our punctuality and cancellation policy (detailed above). If you would like to know how we received your email address we will provide that information within 30 days.
